TS103L SERIES CURTAIN HEAD L SIDE PAD
The TS103L dock seal with foam “L” style side pads and a curtain head is the most effective means to accommodate high volume traffic with differing trailer heights that also requires full-width access to the interior of the trailer. Two high quality “L” side pads combine with a full width curtain to seal a variety of trailers. A wide selection of highly durable fabrics and additional wear surfaces are available to maximize durability. A variety of pad width, projections, tapers and bevel shapes assure customer satisfaction.

DESIGN STANDARDS:
- Head curtain drop of 24” over “L” side pads
- Split curtain with Velcro and pull ropes
- Standard “L” style side pad 14” projection with 4” dock bumper
- 22 oz. vinyl base fabric
- 10’wide x 10’-6”high opening maximizes seal
- 7’8” between side pads at face
FEATURES:

- Top of unit is sloped forward to promote water drainage & supported by wood 2"x 4" at wall – with tapered top supported at front by tubular metal support inside curtain
- Intermediate fiberglass stays in curtain add stiffness to aid in prevention of sagging
- Standard side “L” pad projection is 14”with 10” penetration - Maximum projection 24”
- Pressure treated lumber, kiln dried before & after treatment
- Full length yellow guide stripes to assist drivers in positioning of trailers
- All pads are vented for air & moisture release
- Tapered pad bottoms avoid wear & pinching
- Quick recovery, highly resilient, endurance tested foam compresses easily & yet maintains original shape
- Foam is chemically welded to double kiln dried pressure treated lumber with non-flammable adhesive
